Miroslava Duma and maxi dresses

All my life I had a feeling that I was born in a wrong decade, I guess I was ment to live in the 60´s... When I was 7 I was watching old black and white movies while all other kids were hooked on Disney :) I love the femininity and natural beauty of those times. I guess I mentioned in other posts before that in my opinion it is not the mini that makes woman a woman or sexy woman but it is the floor long flying skirt. Im in love with Miroslava Duma´s recent looks wearing midi and maxi skirts that look so elegant and amazing. Combination of pointy shoes and cashemre top make the look wearable in the cold season.
These looks remind me of Cannes Film Festival :)

Sunday Look of the day/ Päivän Asu

Suunnuntaina kävimme Design Marketilla. Ilmeisesti kaikki parhaat oli viety pois jo lauantaina, duuuh...:) Olin metsästämässää KatriN villa-mekon ( se Chanel tyylinen) mutta löysin pelkkä samaanlaisen huppun. Toivoisin myös löytämään Kartellin pikku pöydän ja ikävä kyllä näin ku toiset ihmiset ostivat sen ihan mun nenän edessä :)
Suunnuntai oli kaunis aurinkoinen mutta aika viileä päivä, niin päätin shortseihin ja lämmin villa-neuleen. Inspiraationa oli Miroslava Duma.

On Sunday we headed off to Design Market. Apparently all the best stuff was sold already on Saturday, duuh...))) I went looking for KatrinN Chanel-style wool dress but have only found a hood from the same style. I also hoped to find a Kartell coffee table but as sad as it sounds I actually witnessed other people buing it infront of my nose :)
Sunday was a lovely sunny but quite chilly day. I decided to wear jean shorts and a super warm wool sweater. I was inspired by Miroslava Dumas look on NYC Fashion week. Her look was perfect as always and very summery unlike mine :)

Tadaaaa....! I did it! I copied Miroslava Duma´s look that I loved so much. She wore this at the Chanel show during Paris Fashion week. I love her and my look,even though I didn´t yet come up with an event that I could wear it, but I will as soon as I get a chance! I still have an upcoming trip to French Riviera and Paris and there I will definately get a chance.

Tadaaa...! Tein sen! Olen yrittänyt kopioida Miroslava Duman asu. Mä rakastan tätä asua, vaikka en oo viel keksinyt mihin tilaisuuten mä voisin niin pukeutua. Mutta mulla on vielä edessä matkaa Ranskan Rivieraan ja Pariisiin,niin varmasti siellä se onnistuu.

Saturday Night Look

We are having dinner with friends and after that going out for some champagne. My look tonight is very much influenced by the weather conditions :) But my inspiration was lovely Miroslava Duma and her look during Paris Fashion Week. She wore a coverall that fits her perfectly! Due to the fact that she is not very tall, wide trousers make her look very tall. In my case, it´s quite hard to find wide trousers that would be perfect length with killer heels ( I believe wide trousers should only be worn with high heels ). But I hope I´ll find a perfect pair by autumn as wid etrousers are taking over!:)

Tässä on kuiva mun ilta asusta tänään. Viileä ilma on vaikuttanut mun valinnan:)  Mutta inspiraatiota sain upealta Miroslava Dumalta. Paris Fashion Weekilla hänellä oli haalari päällä. Ilmeisesti hän ei oo kovin piktä niin leveät housut tekevät hänestä paljon pidempi. Muuten leveät housut ovat tulossa takas tänä syksynä.

Paris Fashion Week Guests

Olen seurannut Paris Fashion Weekin. Paitsi upeat mallistot mä tykkään seurata Fashion Weekin vieraat. Ja tääsä on kuvia mun lempi asuista. Kuvat lainattu googlesta ja tatlerista.

Olivia Palermo and her gorgeous man! I love his look not less than her´s...he is actually wearing sky blue mocasins that match his hankerchief.

And here is the look that I want to pay special attention to. I love love LOVE it! This is probably my favourite look of all time!
