GLITTER in Action!

As I said already, I´m in love with my MiuMiu glitter booties and just had to wear them even though the weather is not really friendly, but who cares in a car?:)
I wore them for thefirst time in Florence a few weeks ago and I also wore them this weekend for a brunch with my family to celebrate my bday.
The booties are sooo glittery,sparkly and special that I try to combine them with very casual or neutral outfits. I must say they look fantastic paired with black tights.

Awh....Milan, the city I endlessly love. I came back from Italy last week and finally got time to share my amazing bday presents, one from my boyfriend (the mooost important) and the rest are to me from me:)
First gift I got for myself is a timeless piece that I have been dreaming of for many many years- Moschino belt:) i love its measurments-i can wear it both on my hips and my waist:) and believe me there is a huuuge difference in centimeters between those two:)
Second gift is Prada burgundy mary janes aaaand......MiuMiu glitter booties!!! These are my most hidious purchase ever:) The it-shoes of 2011, seen on AnnaDelloRusso,AlexaChung and runways:) Love them!
And finally the gift I was dreaming about sooo long (and made a post about it) : Chanel BOY bag!!!Boy bag from the best boy in the world:) LOVE

Jewels in a Crystal Box

It is amazing what you can find at H&M these day-absolutely stunning fashion bijoux. Yes,it is not the best possible quality but design and price are unbelivable :) my absolute new love is this white necklace that looks almost like and not worse than Shourouk necklaces. I got this one last week and have been wearing every day since. I wear it with dresses,tshirts,sweaters,it goes with everything! I am very fond of that new colorful cuff and matching clip-earrings, earrings are cute and as told in one of my old posts about clip earrings-it is very hard to find beautiful clips that dont hurt. So basically I, ear piercing virgin buy all clips that I can find :) But back to the cuff, i love the way it is so dressy and sparkly on purpose that anyone just must wear it with a cashmere sweater and jeans! Last but not least are black clips that remind me of last year's MiuMiu clips. Again,these are very comfortable to wear and are super cheap :)
P.s. my jewel box is from Zara Home, I got it in St.Petersbourg this autumn and if I converted right it cost smth about 40-50€

My New Obsession - HeadBands

Mä muistan miten mun äiti oli obssesed with hair bands ku mä olin pieni ja miten vihasin ne pantoja :) Mulla oli varman 20 kpl eli värisiä ja kokoisia - minun mielestä ihanan pehmeä liila satiini panta teki mun korviksesta kauhean ison näköisiä. Äiti aina osti mulle kauhean juhlavia pantoja tai sitten sellaisia "viikko" pakkauksia missä oli 7 muovista eri väristä pantaa. Joskus äiti on koristellut mun pannat ite - liimasi rusetteja tai paljettia :) Tälläisiä ovat tullut nyt takaisin muotiin!

I remember how my mum was totally obsessed with headbands an dhow much I hated them. I had probably 20 different ones in different colors,sizes and textures. I remember a very soft satin purple band with a bow that as I thought made my ears look huge. Mum always bought me very dressy bands or "week" packs with plastic bands in different colors, those usually broke after 1-2 days.
Sometimes if mum was bored she would decorate my basic headbands herself. She glued different bows, beeds or sequins:) These kind of bands are back this season!

 

Mun neuvo olis seuraava - älä tuhlaa satoja euroja vaan tee ite! Kaikilla löytyy kotona muutama strassia,paljettia, ehkä vanha korvakoru mistä puuttuu pari tai joulu lelun pieni osa :)

 

My advice would be - don´t spend just do it yourself! You wouldn´t probably have to even invest anything as I guess every girl has these at home - a couple of sequins, old earring that has no pair, a piece of christmas toy or vintage  buttons:)
